What I find the most interesting about this obituary is the assertion that she was related to Isaac Watts. (I believe it says “grand niece”, although is is partially obscured. ) Mr. Watts did not leave any direct descendants but I have not looked into this any further. Not sure who or where the author of the obituary got this idea. Needs further research but I don’t want to go on a “Wild Goose Chase” either.
