I had her since I was about two and its funny that you mentioned that your mom re-upholstered her because mine was left outside of our appartment complex one day and she was ripped apart by some neighbor kids. I still remember crying and my grandmother sewing her body back together as I watched impatiently. I lived with my Grandmother until my Dad remarried when I was 6 and then my step-mother got rid of her when I was about eight. I had recently had an idea to search to find out what type of doll she was and even now that I know I have still only seen about 6 exactly like this one. Even though there are six they still vary in colors and the look of the eyes. I found one that looks exactly like the one I had that was for sale and I am waiting for her to be shipped. I know its a long shot but i am hoping when she arrives I will find that her body has been "re-uphostered" as you call it. My grandmother passed away when I was 13 and I have nothing left of her except the wonderful memories of how she loved me and the things she did for me including remaking my beloved doll. Keep "cuddles" forever...even if you dont have a daughter.Wendynoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-954381197491207662.post-81852273317324289672010-01-09T16:38:13.933-08:002010-01-09T16:38:13.933-08:00I love your blog and I have awarded you the Happy ...I love your blog and I have awarded you the Happy 101 award.
